The intent of this project is the replacement of the existing roofing system, sheet metal flashings, drainage assemblies and related components. The new roofing system will comprise of an adhered 60-mil TPO membrane, cover board and insulation over an existing gypsum deck. Buyer's Requirements General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Insurance Required - Contractors License Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % Once the Contractor is selected, and the associated agreement is fully executed, the Contractor will be required to comply with the Seventh Amended Public Health Order 20-38. The Order applies to maintenance, additions and renovations, and capital renewal projects in existing state buildings. Colorado State University has verified that the Seventh Amended Public Health Order 20-38 does not apply to new ground up projects under construction until that project reaches substantial completion. At contractual date of substantial completion, the state contractors will be required to comply. For State Public Works C.R.S. 8-17-101 - Colorado labor shall be employed to perform at least 80% of the work. Colorado labor means any person who is a resident of the state of Colorado at the time of the Public Works project. For all projects with a total dollar value above $150,000 Notice of Final Settlement is required by C.R.S. 38-26-107.
