Prospective bidders are advised to read the entire bid package for special instructions. All bidders are to send their responses through the US Postal Service or other recognized delivery service that provides certification of delivery to the sender. The Atlantic City Board of Education will not assume responsibility for proposals forwarded through the mail or if lost in transit at any time before the bid opening. Bidders are advised to confirm the purchasing department's receipt of mailed proposals prior to the opening date and time. During the performance of this contract, the contractors are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31et. seq., PL 1975, C. 127 and N.J.A.C. 17:27, P.L. 2004, NJ Business Registration Act and Chapter 33, Laws of 1977. Prospective bidders are advised that the contract for this bid is funded in part or entirely by the Federal Government and the successful bidder and Board of Education are required to comply with all sections of the Federal Uniform Administrative Requirements 2CFR part 200 et seq. A Non-Collusion Affidavit also must be filed with the proposal. The RFP package will also include other documents that must be completed and returned with the proposal. Failure to complete and submit all required forms may be cause for disqualification and rejection of the proposal. No proposals may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date set for opening of proposals. The Atlantic City Board of Education reserves the right to reject all proposals in accordance with N.J.S.A.18A:18A-22 as amended.
