**As of March 11, 2022 This project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The Project generally consists of, but is not limited to, purchasing and installing up to seven parklets with all amenities within the Brea Downtown area pursuant to the bidder set of plans and specifications, providing a Public Works Encroachment Permit set of construction drawings with specific connection and installation details, and traffic control plan, obtaining a Public Works Encroachment Permit, and all other requirements and incidentals to complete the Project. Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, tools, materials, appliances, and equipment and shall do the work for the construction of the Brea Downtown Parklets Project, Cip No. 7328 ("Project"). Such work shall be performed in accordance with contract documents for this Project on file in the office of the City Engineer and in accordance with bid prices, plans, and specifications more fully described in Section 4, below, and in accordance with the instructions of the Public Works Director (collectively, "Work"). Contractor shall at all times comply with applicable laws and City policies.
