As of June 25/2024 The Project was awarded to The Thrasher Group but no amount posted Deadline for prebid questions is Thursday, June 13 at noon Improvements to State Road, Seasons Road and Wyoga Lake Road at the Triangle project in the City of Cuyahoga Falls. Bidders must use the printed forms provided therefore, as none other will be accepted. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties making the same, and all parties interested therein, and must be accompanied by a bond or certified check in the sum of five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, on a solvent bank, as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into. The successful bidder must post a Performance, Payment, Maintenance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the bid. The Director of Public Service reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in any proposal.
