Plans call for a complete renovation that brings the structure closer to its original footprint. According to information from the city, the project will consist of deconstructing some of the non-original additions to the house; repairing/leveling the porches; re-roofing; removing 1950s aluminum siding and installing more appropriate period siding; re-installing decorative cornices on the porch; and replacing windows using a period appropriate design. As of January 21, 2022, the Design and Historic Review Board approves certificate for project. Further information regarding design and firm construction timeline has not been released. However, the owner anticipated to begin construction in 2022.
