The successful bidder must post a Performance, Payment, Maintenance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the bid. A Performance Bond will be required (if indicated by the legal notice) of each successful bidder to assure the faithful completion of the contract that has been awarded. a pre-bid meeting on Wednesday, March 23, 2022, at 1:00 p.m., at Northampton Town Hall, 851 West Bath Road, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio 44223. Anyone interested in submitting a proposal for this project is encouraged to attend.
