Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Petoskey, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
To provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to remove and dispose of existing shingled roof and to replace the Festival Area Park pavilion roof with a standing seam metal roofing system that matches the pavilion in the Bear River Valley. All work performed and materials supplied shall be in accordance with industry standards and the DETAILED SPECIFICATIONS for this project, dated January 21, 2022. Rejection Waiver: The CITY reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technicalities and to make an award that is deemed to be in the best interest of the CITY.
