The Cordova Recreation and Park District (District) is requesting bids from property licensed contractors for this project in strict accordance with the specifications. A Class A General Contractor or license is required. The District reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids received. All bids and bid questions should be directed to: Cristina James. The successful Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against on the basis of age, color, race, national origin, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual preference, marital status, and shall comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Submittals shall be in accordance with the requirements set forth in the Bid documents. Submission of a Bid shall constitute a firm offer to the District.
