Site work for a water / sewer project in Palmer Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project comprise of approximately 8,800 lineal feet of water main replacement, including road restoration, on seven (7) roads in Palmer Township, Northampton County, Pennsylvania. Pavement (sub)( ) contractors must be electronically prequalified and pavement work must conform to the latest Specifications. Quantities may be increased or decreased at the discretion of the Authority and are solely for the purpose of determining the lowest Bidder. Proposals exceeding g $25,000 will be performed under Prevailing Wage Rates as established by the Pennsylvania Dept. of Labor & Industry. A Certified Check, Money Order, or Bid Bond in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total Bid must accompany y each proposal. A Performance Bond, Payment Bond, Certificate of Insurance and other documentation will be required upon awarding the Bid Easton Suburban Water Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to add, delete, modify or change the Bid quantities as they determine to be in their best interests.
