2373 Behavioral Health Facility If the requested funding is approved, Bernalillo County plans to issue a Request for Proposals that would award this funding to a needy nonprofit organization whose building needs improvements and upgrades into order to consolidate and expand their delivery of behavioral health, mental health, addiction treatment, and health and wellness services. This request is being made because of the high demand in Bernalillo County among nonprofits for capital improvements. In 2019, Bernalillo County set aside $10 million of its behavioral health funds for a one-time opportunity to award capital funding to agencies whose facilities need work. 47 agencies responded to the proposal. Ten received funding in 2020 in various amounts. As of January 22, 2022 , This project is in included in the New Mexico Department of Finance and Administration FY 2023-2027 Infrastructure Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
