Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Oswego, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Oswegoland Park District will receive sealed bids for the 2022 Veterans Serenity Park Paving Project. Contractors must have experience in this type and size of work for a minimum of five years and will be required to furnish references and examples of projects. Bid security and performance bonds will be required. Contractors will be required to comply with equal employment opportunities and the Illinois Department of Labor prevailing wage rates for Kendall County. This project is being funded by a grant through the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO). The Oswegoland Park District reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
