Questions regarding this legal notice or the proposal package must be in writing and emailed directly to sgayle@oswegoil.org on or before March 1, 2022, at 9:00 AM local time. Responses will be posted in DemandStar by March 3, 2022, at 12:00 PM local time. The bidder shall at all times observe and conform to all federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations, including those which may, in any manner, affect the preparation of bids or the performance of the contract.
