Site work for a golf course in Oswego, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a golf course.
The Oswegoland Park District will receive sealed bids for the Golf Course Improvements 2022 at the Fox Bend Golf Course. Contractors must have experience in this type and size of work, demonstrate they've completed a minimum of five golf course construction projects of similar scope, and are required to furnish references and examples of previous projects. Bid security and performance bonds will be required. Contractors will be required to comply with equal employment opportunities and the Illinois Department of Labor prevailing wage rates for Kendall County The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and bidders, and waive any/all bid formalities if in the best interest. All bids shall be valid for a period of sixty [60] days.
