Renovation of a water / sewer project in Oswego, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The project consists of all work for construction of the following: 1. Existing Digesters M3 and M5 a. Remove existing and install new fixed, steel digester covers; and b. Install new mechanical mixing systems. 2. Existing Digesters Control Building DCM-1 Improvements a. Modifications to electrical, hydronic heating, and digester gas handling systems; b. Replace HVAC system; c. Remove existing boilers; d. Replace sludge circulation pumps; e. Install new waste gas burner system; and f. New electrical installation for all equipment. 3. Existing Digester Control Building DCM-2; a. New electrical installation for all equipment 4. New Digesters Control Building DCM-4; a. Construct new building with electric and mechanical rooms to serve Buildings DCM-1, DCM-2, and DCM-4. Digesters M3 and M5, and Sludge Holding Tank M4. 5. And all architectural, civil, process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and controls work for a complete and functional wastewater treatment facility. All Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions for Bidders and shall be accompanied by a Bid guarantee consisting of a bank cashier's check, bank draft, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder. Fox Metro Water Reclamation District reserves the right to reject all Bids if it has documented sound business reasons. Unless all bids are rejected, award will be made to the low, responsive, responsible Bidder.
