To retro fit previous construction to current codes, complete the buildout office space for the following offices: District Attorney, County Manager, Deputy County Manager, Finance Department, Fire Administrator, DWI, Public Health, County Extension Agent, County Economic Development, County Commission Chambers, Early Voting and storage, Boys and Girls Club, Maintenance, Commercial Kitchen and Demonstration Room, Elevator, Business Incubator with Broadband, carport and solar panels within the County Administrative Complex. This phase will include finishing the interior space (electrical, wall finishing, flooring, ceiling, etc.). Funding that is provided would offer the community a single complex for conducting business, as well as provide much needed space for administrative purposes for County employees. If funded, this project will initiate in August 2022 and conclude within two years. This request has not funded last cycle. The project is included in the New Mexico Department of Finance and Administration FY 2023-2027 Infrastructure Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) .
