Site work and renovation of a civil project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
This work includes, but is not limited to: blasting and recoating the interior roof, rafter, walls, floor, piping and supports, access hatches, overflow box, column cap, welds, and ladder of GST No. 2; seal welding patches to the floor of GST No. 2; installing fall protection on the interior ladder of GST No. 2; disinfection and bacteriological testing of GST No. 2; and all else specified and shown in the contract documents required for a complete and functional water plant facility. Bidder must be capable of executing a satisfactory performance bond and payment bond for 100 percent (100%) of the contract sum in accord with the conditions of the contract. The bidder shall submit either a two percent (2%) certified or cashier's check or a five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. Make the cashier's check or bid bond payable to the Own Estimate: $175,000 he Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 60 calendar days from the date bids are open. The deadline to ask questions is 2/01/2022 10:00 AM
