Site work for a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Furnish all materials, labor, equipment, and appurtenances to power wash, abrasive blast, and recoat the interior and exterior surfaces of the 500,000 gallon Elevated Storage Tank along with all ladders, hatches, and pipes and other appurtenances in accordance with the specifications; provide new 24" riser tube hatch cover; remove and replace wet bowl hatch access ladder and Saf-T-Climb safety rail; remove and replace Saf-T-Climb safety rail for the pedestal access ladder and the rise tube access ladder; remove, protect during construction and reinstall existing cathodic protection system; provide new LED lights to the pedestal interior; and other work as described in the plans and specifications. There is no pre-bid conference associated with this project. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the construction cost must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond, a payment bond, and a maintenance bond as provided for in the bid documents, for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
