**As of February 15, 2019, this project has not been awarded yet. A timeline for award is not yet established. General The University of Houston System ("Owner") is soliciting proposals ("Proposals") from the shortlisted respondents (each a "Respondent") to the Request for Qualifications number RFQ 730- 19048 issued by Owner on October 9, 2018 (the "RFQ") for the construction of the CM@R University of Houston College of Medicine located on University of Houston campus (the "Project"). This RFP is the second step of a two-step process, the first step being the RFQ730-19048.1.2 Cost, logistics, and preliminary schedule 1.2.1 The CCL is $68,000,000. 1.2.2 Questions and Clarifications. All questions and requests for clarification will be submitted in writing, preferably by email, to the Point of Contact by the Questions Deadline, and must reference RFP730-19073 CMAR University of Houston College of Medicine. The Point of Contact will publish all questions and requests for clarification with their respective responses, as well as any other addenda to this RFP at the electronic state business daily website Questions Deadline January 22, 2019 @ 3:00 pm CST
