Details from the solicitation can be found below: The Contractor shall investigate and provide all material and labor to repair leaking process pipe penetrations and skylights in accordance with the attached Scope of Work and the terms of the contract, including the General Conditions attached thereto. The contract will require work at various locations throughout the treatment plant and shall be completed within normal working hours. All project-specific questions, requests for clarification, and requests for substitutions must be submitted in writing, via email, by 5:00 P.M. on 01/27/2022, to Chris Stangl, Project Manager, at (360) 993-8831 or cstangl@crwwd.com. Bidding related questions regarding this project may be addressed to Tracy Flores at (360) 993-8817 or tflores@crwwd.com. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to learn of and obtain any and all issued Addenda. Addenda may be obtained from the District's online plan center. The District accepts no responsibility or liability and will provide no accommodation to bidders who fail to check for Addenda and as a result, submit a non-responsive Bid submittal. Bids shall be in accordance with this Request for Quotation, and all other contract documents prepared for the above referenced project or services. Bid results may be obtained from the District's online plan center All services and work performed under the contract is subject to state prevailing wage rates. Bidders may not alter their bid prices after the hour set for the Bid due date, unless the award of contract is delayed for more than forty-five (45) days. The District reserves the right to request an extension of time for firm bid prices during any such delay to allow for the review process.
