The City of Palmdale is requesting bid proposals from qualified and experienced vendors to provide Lighting Production & Equipment Services at the Palmdale Amphitheater (2723 Rancho Vista Blvd, Palmdale, CA 93551), on an as-needed basis for various events. The Contractor must demonstrate extensive experience in supplying technicians to perform quality production services for theatre type and outdoor type events. It is the CITYs objective to select the best-qualified Contractor who, in its opinion, will continuously provide top quality service. The quality and professionalism of both the Contractor and the technicians will be of high importance in the selection process. The final decision of the CITY will be made in its overall best interest. Project Duration Three Year Contract w/City option for two additional terms of 1-year options to extend. Answers provided by the City will be answered using the online system. Respondents are required to review the entire solicitation package before submitting questions.
