The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Period of performance is 45 days. Project completion will not exceed the time frame of May 31, 2022. The project area is located on Bureau of Land Management (BLM) administered lands about 34 miles southeast of Socorro, New Mexico, Socorro County, New Mexico. Project is located in Section 22 and 23 of Township 3 South, Range 2 East and is located in relatively flat terrain within desert grassland habitat. The Bureau of Land Management-Socorro Field Office (BLM-SFO) is planning to construct approximately 3,547 linear foot pipe rail/two cable exclosure. The exclosure will be measured by tape or wheel when staked and does not account for additional footage due to terrain. Contractor will not be paid extra for additional footage but only of that is staked and delineated as the project boundary. The contractor shall complete tasks described under section A.4.0 as SPECIFIC TASKS and abide by items described under section A.6.0 and A.7.0. The contractor shall ensure that all equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services are provided to perform required tasks, except as specified in section C-3 as GOVERNMENT FURNISHED PROPERTY AND SERVICES
