Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Deforest, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Resurfacing - to include: the Resurfacing of W. Mohawk Trail and TID 8 Access road removal. Work on W Mohawk includes pulverizing of existing asphalt, curb and gutter replacement, restoration of the work area, and other miscellaneous items in conformance with the Contract Documents. Access road removal project includes asphalt removal, saw cut, curb and gutter, restoration of the work area, and other miscellaneous items in conformance with the Contract Documents. Bid Bond equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid payable to the OWNER. All Bids uploaded and submitted through Quest shall also be accompanied with Bid Form 00 41 43. The Bidding Documents may be examined at the Village of DeForest, 120 S. Stevenson St., DeForest, WI 53532, or the offices of Vierbicher, 400 Viking Drive, Reedsburg, WI 53959. The CONTRACTOR shall be required to pay not less than the minimum wage rate as established by law. The Village of DeForest reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all Bids. The letting of the work described herein is subject to the provisions of Sections 61.54, 66.0901 and 66.0903, Wisconsin Statutes. Substantial Completion (HMA Paving): October 15, 2022. l Site Restoration and Contract Completion: November 2, 2022.
