The successful Offeror must provide a Performance and Payment bond, sufficient to cover the stated estimated annual maximum contract value ($3,000,000) for the Base Period and also for each subsequent Option Period, if exercised. If the annual maximum is anticipated to be exceeded, within the applicable performance period, the Contractor will be notified in advance of their responsibility for insuring sufficient bond coverage necessary to protect the Government's interests during the course of the contract.
