To plan, design, construct, and equip storm water and flood control improvements for the Village of Cloudcroft, Otero County Plan, design, construct a storm water control system with concrete curbs and gutters, drainage culverts, and complete a system-wide drainage study. Construction and installation of equipment to be along Village Rights-of-ways along existing roadways. Phase 1 - plan/design initial construction on north side Chatuagua Canyon Blvd. Phase 2 - complete construction on south side Chatuagua Canyon Blvd. Phase 3 - construction on Burro Ave. Phase 4 - construction on Paqua Ave. Equipment includes 18 inch drainage pipes, 1 mile in length, grating and water collection chambers. Engineering and design by RFP. Construction awarded through bid process. Oversight through procurement code and NMEVD project oversight. Equipment includes 300 feet of 36 inch culverts 3 manholes with lids and grating. This project is included in the city's 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).
