Site work for a water / sewer project in Cloudcroft, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
To excavate, process and compact sub grade materials to comply with the geotechnical engineering by COZ engineering dated February 15, 2024 (APPENDIX F). The contractor is to build the water storage tank foundation pad in accordance with the COZ engineering recommendations and the Contain Water systems detail (APPENDIX G). All proposals will be required to include all materials including but not limited to fill, steel reinforcement and concrete to comply with the geo technical report and the Contain Water systems detail. The main slab area not specified to be footings will be 6" thick with steel reinforcement. All waste materials will be required to be removed from site by the contractor. The finished pad elevation will be determined by what best balances the existing ground slope. The contractor will be required to include final clean and final grading including water drainage grading. Any inquiries or requests regarding clarification of this procurement document shall be submitted to the Procurement Officer in writing.
