The Village of Cloudcroft, in Lincoln County, NM will plan, design, construct water system improvements in the Mountaintop subdivision from: Bear Avenue: between Lynx Loop and 4th St.; Wolf Avenue: from Bear Ave and Fox Ave; 6th Street: between Lynx Loop and Fox Ave.; Fox Avenue: between Wolf Ave and Lynx Loop; and Lynx Loop: between Fox Ave and Bear Ave (Latitude 32.953855 Longitude -105.740305. Improvements consist of approximately: mobilization; demobilization; clearing and grubbing; tree removal; increase water pipes 2,400 lf; mainline gate valve; 5 fire hydrants w/valve assembly; tracer wire station; air/vacuum relief valve; tapping sleeve and valve; water service reconnect w/meter box; cap & abandon existing waterline; remove and dispose existing valve box; remove and dispose existing fire hydrant; 1,066.67 cy rock excavation; relocation of underground utilities; construction traffic control; construction staking by contractor; water laboratory analysis; quality assurance materials testing; NPDES Compliance, SWPPP prep & Mgmt.
