A timeline for award has not yet been established.** City of Fernley Green Valley Park Improvement Project PWP No. LY-2022-148 Fernley, NV Separate sealed Bids for the construction of the Green Valley Park Improvement Project will be received by the City of Fernley, the Owner, at their office located at 595 Silver Lace Blvd, Fernley, Nevada 89408 until 10:00 a.m., local time, on Tuesday February 15th, 2022, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Work consists of performing or providing all labor, services, and documentation necessary to produce such construction and furnishing, installing, and incorporating all materials and equipment into such construction, all as required by the Contract Documents. The Work generally includes but is not limited to: removal and placement of PCC sidewalk, removal and replacement of chain link fencing, removing and replacing catch basins, constructing mow curb, constructing bathroom pad base, adding handrails, installation of shade structures, and constructing PCC access drives. Successful Bidders will be required to furnish both a Payment Bond and Performance Bond in the full amount of the contact price. The Owner will not award the Contract to a Bidder who, at the time of submitting a Bid, was not properly licensed under the provisions of Chapter 624 of NRS or if the Contract would exceed the limit of the Bidder's license. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders.
