Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in River Forest, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Keystone Tennis Court Paving Project includes the removal and replacement of five (5) tennis courts, new basketball court area, new fencing, new sidewalks, new storm sewer, at grade detention, retaining walls, hitting walls, sidewalk lights, and other miscellaneous improvements. A Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond payable to the River Forest Park District for not less than five (5) percent of the total bid amount will be required for each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond for the total Contract Amount. The successful bidder will also be required to execute AIA Form A101 - 2017 as the contract between the parties. In all work performed under this Contract, the Contractor and all of its subcontractors shall comply with the current provisions of the Prevailing Wage Act of the Illinois Revised Statutes, Chapter 48, Sections 39s-1 et seq.
