**As of March 05, 2024, This project has been awarded to SKC Construction, Inc, with the awarded amount of $46,827.50.** 2024 Pavement Crack Sealing Project The Work consists of the application of approximately 32,500 pounds of Fiber-Modified Crack Sealing to various asphalt public roadways No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of the Proposals without the consent of the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of River Forest for a period of thirty (30) days after the scheduled time of the bid opening. The Village of River Forest reserves the right in receiving these bids to waive technicalities and reject any or all bids All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted in writing to: Village of River Forest Attn. Bill Koclanis Civil Engineering Technician Phone: (708) 714-3550 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Only questions answered by formal written addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications are without legal effect.
