2-Year Concrete Curb/Sidewalk Contract. The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools and oversight required to remove and replace various concrete curbs and/or sidewalks, as well as ADA Ramps yet to be determined and at the Borough discretion. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total unit cost bid amount. Immediately following the due date and time, all bids received through portal will be opened online at the Engineer Office and referred to the Borough of Trappe for final award. An abstract of the bids received will be available to bidders on portalfollowing the date and time that bids are due as indicated above. Questions may be submitted through portal or before 4 P.M. on Feb. 8, 2022. Responses will be provided via portal to all registered parties. The Borough of Trappe reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions or to waive any informalities in bidding and to withhold award for a period of sixty days.
