The Thompson-Nicola Regional District (TNRD) is inviting Tenders for a three (3) year term for the sampling, monitoring, assessing and reporting of groundwater and surface water in the vicinity of TNRD active and closed solid waste landfills. The Thompson-Nicola Regional District (Regional District) is inviting Tenders for the sampling, monitoring, assessing and reporting of ground and surface water in the vicinity of TNRD active and closed landfills for a three (3) year term. Tenderers; along with collecting field samples; will use historical water level and laboratory data to determine the potential impacts of landfills on water resources. In addition the Tenderers should be able to interpret and report on that data and recommend what, if any, mitigative measures are required. The Term of the resulting Contract will be three (3) years, beginning March 16, 2022 and ending on March 15, 2025. The Thompson-Nicola Regional District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders for any reason whatsoever and to waive informalities of a minor or technical nature in the Tenders received, in each case without giving any notice. The Thompson-Nicola Regional District reserves the right to accept the Tender which it deems most advantageous. Faxed submissions will not be accepted. Tenders received after the closing time will be returned to the Tenderer unopened. The lowest or any Tender will not necessarily be accepted.
