French Reservoir at Graham Creek, Dam Emergency Spillway Improvements project (the "Project") in Amherst County, VA will be received by Amherst County Service Authority (the "Owner") at 113 Phelps Road, Madison Heights, VA 24572 until 2:00 P.M. local prevailing time on Thursday, February 24, 2022 and then, at said office, publicly opened and read aloud. The work to be performed hereunder shall include the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, transportation, supplies, equipment and appurtenances necessary for the complete and satisfactory rehabilitation of dam related infrastructure for the Amherst County Service Authority (the "Owner") as described in the plans. The work shall include, but is not limited to, construction of a concrete emergency spillway extension, site grading, tree removal, installation of a new gated entrance, water line relocation, embankment protection, emergency spillway protection, and other dam safety improvements, as shown on the plans and as described in the technical specifications.
