Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; for the construction of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

Conway County Levee District 6 has received Financial Assistance Award from Department of Commerce's Economic Development Administration (EDA) for infrastructure improvements Oppelo Bottoms Pump and Levee Station located in Conway County, Arkansas. The Proposed project is located on a site called the Oppelo Bottoms, consisting of approximately 1,800 acres along the Arkansas River which lies between the city limits of Oppelo and Morrilton. The proposed EDA project would consist of engineering analysis, design and construction of the renovation of existing levee infrastructure and the construction of a new pump station for the levee system to receive FEMA certification. Construction components would include identified levee infrastructure renovation, a new stormwater pump station, including an intake structure, sump basin, stormwater pumps, discharge piping pump support structures, and electrical components as well as peripheral site improvements such as a new access road, fencing, and parking area to the pump station area. Conway County Levee District 6 is interested in acquiring the services of an Engineering firm or individual to provide services for the above-referenced project. Any entity replying to this RFQ must provide documentation of current status and good standing with Sam.gov. Procedures for selection of an individual/firm will be in accordance and compliant with 2 CFR 200 procurement requirements. All responses will be evaluated in terms of specialized experience and technical competence; performance; capacity and capability of the firm/individual to perform work. Negotiations will begin with the respondent obtaining the highest total score in the evaluation process.
