Each sealed envelope containing a BID must be plainly marked on the outside as BID FOR LANDSCAPE BED MAINTENANCE FOR THE INTERSECTION OF I-65 AND ALABAMA HIGHWAY 67, TOWN HALL, VETERANS PARK AND MEMORIAL, LIBRARY, BOYS & GIRLS CLUB, AND PRICEVILLE OFFICE CENTER, TO SERVE CITY OF PRICEVILLE, PRICEVILLE, ALABAMA. All bids must be on the required bid form contained herein. The OWNER may waive any informalities or minor defects or reject any or all bids. No BIDDER may withdraw a BID within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Owner will provide the Contractor a Notice to Proceed within ten (10) days after execution of the Agreement. Notice to proceed for the various segments of work shall be provided by the City Representative. Permits and necessary licenses shall be secured by the contractor prior to beginning work. The period of the contract shall be two (2) years. Digital copies of these con- tract documents in PDF format will be available for prospective bidders via email upon request.
