The milling and overlaying of existing pavement on Meyer Avenue, Lynnhaven Dr and Eastman Ave. The project will also consist of full depth base repair areas, curb replacement, storm improvements, and spot sidewalk upgrades along the project route. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office of Choice One. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable, use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the Equal Employment Opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123 is required.
