**As of February 3, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The scope of work consists of pavement repair, milling and resurfacing along Woodman Drive from Eastman Avenue to Burkhardt Road. This includes pavement planning, asphalt overlay, full depth base repairs, utility manhole and valve adjustments, and thermoplastic striping. Improvements are to be in accordance with the contract documents. Instructions to bidders include submitting sealed bids with a bid guaranty (10% of the bid amount) and contract bond (100% of the bid amount), using all legal forms in the bid book, and providing evidence of experience on projects of similar size and complexity. Bidders must use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor as practicable, comply with equal employment opportunity requirements and prevailing wage rates.
