Site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Miamisburg, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
Please note that bidders MUST purchase the hard copies for $30 from the City of Miamisburg Engineering office. Work includes: rehabilitation of the bridge over Sycamore Creek including replacement of the box beam superstructure, wingwalls and associated approach work. Disadvantaged Business (DBE) Requirement. DBE participation goals (subcontracts, materials, supplies) have been set on this project for those certified as DBEs in accordance with 49 CFR, Part 26, and qualified to bid with ODOT under Chapter 5525 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Montgomery County, Ohio, as determined by the Davis-Bacon Wage Determinations. The City of Miamisburg, Ohio reserves the right to reject any and all bids to waive any informalities or irregularities, and further, reserves the right to accept any bids or parts of bids which it deems to best serve the interest of the City of Miamisburg, Ohio.
