Project includes the furnishing of labor, equip-ment and materials to: Perform miscellaneous on-call, indefinite quantity, water and sanitary sewer trenchless rehabilita-tion/replacement construc-tion items including but not limited to pipe bursting, slip-lining, CIPP rehabilita-tion, and other miscella-neous items. Questions regarding the bid documents, including specifications shall be submitted via e-mail, no later than Friday, Febru-ary 4, 2022, by 12:00 P.M., C.S.T., as no pre-bid conference will be held. All responses will be issued in the form of an addendum. Each Bid must be accom-panied by a BID BOND payable to the OWNER for Five Percent (5%) of the total amount of the BID. A certified check may be used in lieu of a BID BOND. PERFORMANCE AND MAINTENANCE AND STATUTORY PAYMENT BONDS in the amount of 100 percent (100%) of the Contract Price, with a corporate surety approved by the OWNER, will be required for the faithful perfor-mance of the contract. The OWNER may waive any informalities or minor defects or reject any and all BIDS. Any BID may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of BIDS or authorized postponement thereof. Any BID received after the time and date specified shall not be considered. No BIDDER may withdraw a BID within sixty (60) calendar days following the actual Bids & Proposals date of the opening thereof. The OWNER reserves the right to: change dates the bid will be considered; waive all informalities; reject any and all bids; choose whether to accept alternates, if applicable; adjust quantities; and add or omit items of work as deemed necessary to conform with budget or other constraints; and to accept that bid deemed most advantageous for value received.
