The project consists of replacing the existing Pool lighting and Fire Alarm Panel. Bid Documents include this Request for Bids, and the following attached forms: Form of Proposal, Sample contract, Sales Tax Report, MBE form, and General Conditions. The proposal documents also include specifications, and any Addenda issued prior to receipt of proposals. All requirements and obligations of the Bid Documents are hereby incorporated by reference into the Contract Documents and are binding on the Successful Vendor upon award of the contract.
