The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) is soliciting electronic Bids to provide access road maintenance and construction on State Game Lands (SGL) #31 in McCalmont and Oliver Townships, Jefferson County. The scope of the project generally includes resurfacing and related work on approximately 25,900 linear feet of existing access roadway. The Contractor is responsible for the implementation and execution of this plan and for providing and maintaining proper soil erosion and sedimentation controls during the duration of the project until permanent stabilization conditions are achieved
