For Paving of Mott Road, Garrity Road, and Kimbles Road Lackawaxen Township, Pike County, PA is soliciting bids for the repair of roads within the Township. The following Project Description is based on information currently available. Each Bidder should evaluate the work involved, prior to submission of a proposal. The project briefly described is: Paving of Mott Road, Garrity Road, and Satellite Road in Lackawaxen Township, Pike County, PA. Bids may be held by Lackawaxen Township for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days from the date of Bid Opening for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications of the Bidder, prior to the award of the Contract. Lackawaxen Township will award each bid to the lowest responsible bidder, reserving the right to waive any informality and accept or reject any and all Bids. A bid bond for 10% of the base bid amount shall be provided with the bid. A performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract amount shall be provided by the successful bidder within 20 days of the award.
