All Questios must be submitted in wrinting and e-mailed to the purchasing office to tammy@westhartfordct.gov or faxed 860-561-7492 prior to the established timeline for questions per these bidding documents This project is for complete demolition and renovation to new ofinstructional area, student food preparation stations, including ADA station, teacher's preparation/ demonstration area, cooler, equipment storage room, and teacher's office space. Projected Project Cost, Approx. $385,000.00 Work shall include but not be limited to the following scope ofwork: Demolition ofinterior spaces includes flooring, ceilings, cabinetry, appliances, sinks, counters and all items as identified on design documents. All MEPsystemsin spaces andservingthese areasshall beremovedand newMEP installed or extended from these services to newequipment. MEP scope includes basement area below, and roofwork above these spaces. Classroom shall be complete with five (5) Kitchen Student Stations complete with solid surface counters, cabinetry, sink and appliances. One (1) Teachers Kitchen Demonstration / Food Preparation area with counter, sink and Appliances Storage room with cooler and equipment racks.(by owner) Clothes washer/ dryer station Student furniture, chairs, training tables, and office chairs Installation of new owner supplied residential appliances, MEP required connections by contractor.
