The scope of work includes the identification of structural defects and collapses within roughly 1,560,000 linear feet of 6"-24" sanitary sewer and 11,000 manhole inspections and the construction of an estimated 260 linear feet of new sewer pipe at 20 excavation sites. The scope of work will also include 10 manhole replacements/installations. To pre-qualify with the department and to construct class "A" sewer line projects, each prospective bidder must furnish written evidence of Competency and evidence of financial responsibility to the county.
