Description

Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Hallandale Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

As of February 2, 2022. This project is in the pre construction phase as a construction timeline has been confirmed. Burkhardt Construction, Inc., Construction Manager for the City of Hallandale Beach under the preconstruction services agreement (RFP No. FY2019-2020-009), is seeking to pre-qualify subcontractors/vendors who have not yet previously pre-qualified with our firm. The following subcontractor/vendor trades are being solicited: earthwork/grading, concrete curbs/sidewalks, underground utilities, electrical, building, HVAC, plumbing, park equipment, fencing, landscape, irrigation, subgrade, base, asphalt paving, signage, and striping. Prequalification questionnaires may be filled out online.
