October 22, 2025, no bids were received. Per the owner, there is no schedule available to rebid the project. The Project consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment for performing sanitary sewer repairs. The City of Hallandale Beach is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors with experience in sanitary sewer repairs and inflow and infiltration (I-I) reduction as specified herein. The awarded contract shall be governed by the Citys terms, conditions and agreement and associated exhibits and/or attachments. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS (MQRS): This Bid/Project contains Minimum Qualification Requirements (MQRs) that firms must meet in order to respond. Please read the MQRs found in Bid document. These funds are retained guaranteeing the firm submitting the proposal will not withdraw the proposal for such period of time as the Commission provides a Resolution for award of contract. PERFORMANCE AND LABOR MATERIALS PAYMENT BOND: Proof of 100% of total contract bonding capacity must be submitted with bid is required.
