Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; water / sewer project; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

a. Demolition and removal of existing raw water intake building, controls, valve vault, temporary piping, pumps, and adjacent meat locker storage unit. b. New raw water intake building, access stairs, vertical turbine pumps, crane, alarms, controls, temporary pumping and piping, force main from raw water intake building to existing water treatment plant, adjacent water service including air/vacuum release, access road, fencing, and other appurtenances. c. New raw water intake control building, access stairs, HVAC, controls, VFD, underground electric service, wet well cleaning, and other appurtenances. d. Demolition and removal of existing WTP internal CMU walls, treated water force main, gutters, doors, windows, concrete pads, electrical room wall and ceiling, WTP exterior walls, and other miscellaneous valves, piping, and appurtenances. e. New WTP gravel loading dock ramp, loading dock leveler, concrete walk extension, fencing, fence gate, and other miscellaneous WTP site improvements. f. New WTP exterior coating, sill plate, interior walls, window relocation, door removal and infill wall, and ceiling leak repair. g. New WTP louvers, fan, repair of concrete spalling, compressor, air dryer, and electric unit heater. h. New WTP water supply connection, interior plumbing, and other appurtenances required for replumbing fixtures. i. New WTP seismic improvements, ceiling tie rods, wall tie rods, and interior room improvements. j. New WTP chemical storage tank, feed and fill piping, floor trough, chemical feed pumps, chemical injectors, crane, and other appurtenances. k. New chemical storage building, chemical storage tank, eye wash, feed piping, fill piping, lighting, and other miscellaneous appurtenances. l. Filter system improvements including; new air wash system, replacement of control valves, flexible joints, replacement of clarifier and filter media, clarifier media retaining screen, electrical improvements, control wiring, and level transducers. m. New treated water flowmeter. n. New treated water header piping. o. New OCV valve. p. Removal of existing treated water pump column and installation of City provided pump column. q. New WTP control panel, power and control wiring, SCADA upgrades, and miscellaneous control instrumentation. r. New WTP electrical service relocation. s. The work shall be provided complete with all demolition and relocation of existing facilities; all temporary structures, piping, pumping, power and control facilities to maintain continuous plant operation (except as specified in Section 01014); all concrete, support piping and equipment, electrical power, control and lighting; instrumentation; architectural items; painting; and dewatering, demucking, excavation, backfill, grading, paving, fencing and landscaping as shown and specified and shall include all specified delivery acceptance tests and inspections, installed tests and inspections, allowances, disinfection per AWWA standards, operational testing and commissioning.
