Tongue & Yellowstone River Irrigation District is requesting sealed bids for a Precast Concrete Box Culvert and Ancillary Culvert Materials associated with the Kircher Flume Replacement Project, located in Miles City, Montana. The project consists of furnishing 160 linear feet of 10' x 8' Precast Concrete Box Culvert and ancillary culvert materials for the Kircher Flume Replacement Project. Each Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond payable to the "Tongue & Yellowstone River Irrigation District" in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid. These securities will be forfeited to Tongue & Yellowstone River Irrigation District as liquidated damages if the requirements in the way of Contract are not entered into within fifteen (15) days after the date of award by the Tongue & Yellowstone River Irrigation District. Bids submitted via mail shall include original bid security documents. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled time for the public opening of bids, which is 10:00 a.m. local time, February 3, 2022.
