Miles City - North NH 18-1(15)0 Contract No. 03B23 The Miles City - North project is located along Montana Highway 59. It begins at the intersection with Main Street in Miles City, extends north for approximately 2.2 miles, and ends just north of the intersection with Secondary Highway 489 (Kinsey Road). The project includes reconstruction of the street south of the Yellowstone River Bridge, widening the shoulders north of the bridge, upgrades to existing sidewalks and curb ramps, new rumble strips north of the bridge and upgraded pavement markings, signing and guardrail. The purpose of this project is to rehabilitate the existing roadway to provide a safer, smoother roadway and reduce maintenance costs.
