Renovation of a mixed-use development in Cloverdale, Indiana. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION The project will include providing design suggestions to enhance the overall security of the front entrances at Cloverdale Elementary School, Clover dale Middle School, and Cloverdale High School. These designs will provide information to the Cloverdale Community School Board members to make informed decisions as to any desired renovations. Possible renovation options include: providing a single-entry access to each school that will provide a "secured" space for visitors to wait prior to entering each building. III. PREPARATION OF PROPOSALS Envelopes containing Proposals shall be labeled as stated below and must be presented so that they may be easily identified as containing a Proposal. Envelopes must include the following: o Name and address of bidder. o Addressed to Cloverdale Community School Corporation Attn: Mr. Greg Linton o Submit proposal in duplicate plus one original. (Oral or+telephone modifications will not be considered.) IV. PRE-QUALIFICATION To be considered as eligible to submit a Proposal, Bidder must be legally licensed under applicable laws in the State of Indiana Architect/Designer must have demonstrated prior experience in+designing school security systems, educational spaces or other similar+event spaces. V. SCOPE OF WORK Scope of Services and Responsibilities are as follows: o Develop design options for secured entrances. o Develop design options for new configurations of front office space. o Suggest and design modifications to existing areas. o Provide cost estimates to all developed designs. o Demonstrate a cohesive vision with all designs while also ensuring that all renovations independently fit with the current design and layout. VI. FORM OF PROPOSAL Proposals must consist of the following information in the order indicated below: o Cover letter stating interest in project with signature of duly authorized principal. o Technical qualifications. o Experience with similar projects involving school security, educational centers, or other similar event spaces. o Experience of key staff personnel assigned to the project. o List of Professional/Owner References and Cost History. o Evidence of License in the State of Indiana
