Final Questions & Substitutions Deadline: February 2, 2022 The existing lab is being refurbished with new paint, flooring, and ceiling devices. Also, be changed are lab countertops, integral sinks, and faucets. A DI water system is being added as well as new lighting fixtures. Alternate 1 is to replace the fume hood. The base bid is to just clean it. Addendum #1 has been issued as of 2-4-2022. Pre-Bid Meeting Minutes and pictures have been issued as of 2-4-2022. establishes a ten percent (10%) goal for participation by minority business in total value of work for each State building project. If the goal of 10% participation by HUB Certified/ minority business is not achieved, the Bidder shall provide the following documentation to the Owner of his good faith efforts
